1.       Create a vision

-          Be specific
-          Let ur vision be ur identity
-          Turn the telescope around

Write down u goal. Hang it somewhere u ll see it everyday.

2.       Turn adversity into advantage

-          Its all in the doing
-          The language of adversity; learn new language
-           The hidden advantage of adversity.
The obstacle can be the way. Turn adversity to your advantage. Wjen u first experience adversity and u arent prepared, it feels like its failure. But failure is only feedback.

3.       Cultivate a champion's mindset

Fous, flow, belief, emotional  inteligence
Humility. Dont allow ego and confidence  to devolve into elf distruction.
Exercise:
-          Visualisation
-          Meditation (4x15sec.; 5sec inhale, hold 3 sec, 7sec outhale)
-          Mindfulness (what are u proud of, exicet, amazing things u ve done;  doing commited tomorrow; what can u change and do better?)
-          Emotional inteligence (strenghts, weaknesses) ask friend ss honest opinion.
No one is going to get me sucess. I must go out and get it myself.

4.       Develop hustle

-           shamless urgency
Overcome the stigma. Dont look for the blame in the others. U lose ur energy in wrong ways.
Put urself out there. There is no shame in my game.
-          Get up and dust urself off; pick up urself, whats next?
-          Working harder and smarter
-          Fallin love with the art and pain of hustle (vision&action)
Fear of looking bad/failure/sucess(spotlight)

-          Working on body, mindset, relathionships (linkedin), skills

5.       Master ur body

-          Tackling the impossible-workout (if u dont take care of urself, u cant take care of ur business.-ricahrd branson)
-          Eat healthy
-          Sleep enough
-          M(mineralization)I(inflammation)S(stress)S(sleep)I(inhalation)N(nutrition)G(good health)

6.       Practise positive ahbits
Dont waist potential. Dont take the gift foor granted. Hustle. Act like a good role model.

7.       Build a winning team
If u want to go fast, go alone. If u want to go far, go together.
U need to get everyone rowing in the same direction, and the only way u do this effectively is by cultivating the kinds of strong relathionships where heading in the same direction feels like the only option.
U are the average of the 5 people u spend the most time with, for better or worse. (happiness, self-improvement)
Show me ur friends, and i ll show u ur future (sucess, greatness, teams)
Find the right mentors (help us set original course, correct and guide us through the problems, who inspire u and give it to u seriously, have positive energy)
Strategy, leadership, no ego! (it sok if sbd is better in certain things), communication, plan and everyone has its role, give and take, mutual Respect,
Friends:
-          Do i feel energized or stressed when im around that person?
-          Does this person inspire me or have a negative mindset around me?
-          Does this person involve or is often a victim of circumstances?
-          Do they get excited about my sucess, they want me to suceed, or they complain about their own life that time?
